MEN – TIPS:
Your chest measurement is important to get the right fit. Our shirts are meant to be snug, not tight and certainly not loose–we want the armor close so it protects you when you need it. Your chest measurement from high school might not be your size now so please double-check. If you only have a ruler and don’t have a fabric measuring tape, use a piece of string to measure and then measure the string.
If your belly is larger than your chest, no worries, just let us know. We can fit 99.9% of men (and have for almost 26 years), sometimes we just need a little more information about your shape when you no longer look like Brad Pitt. So let us know in the notes at checkout what your measurements are if you are on the fence about your size. We’re happy to help.
Regular Sizes – Under 6’2 – Measure under your arms around the fullest part of the chest, level across the back. Order based on chest size.
Regular Sizes – 6’2 and taller – Measure under your arms around the fullest part of the chest, level across the back. Order based on chest size but let us know your height in the notes at checkout
Big-n-Tall Sizes (1X-4X):– Ideal for our larger customers 5’9 and over (customers under 6′ may find it a little long). Measure under your arms around the fullest part of the chest level across the back. Big sizes are available in Grey, Black, Black + White Airtex.

WOMEN – TIPS:
Regular 2XS-4XL – Measure under the breast around your ribs, use this measurement if you are under a D cup. More than D cup? Size up one size.
Taller Plus Sizes – Curvy ladies 5’6 and taller, use M-4XL – Measure under your arms around the fullest part of the chest level across the back.
Petite-Plus Sizes – Curvy ladies under 5’5 – Before ordering please fill out the form at the bottom of this page so we can help size you.
(NOTE: Sleeve, Front and Back measurements are not to be used for sizing. These measurements are simply helpful for our customers with longer or shorter torsos and arms.)
