I live in "L.A." ( Lower Alabama ) in the summer it gets really hot and humid. A mesh jacket with armor still feels too hot. This is the second armored shirt I have bought. I highly recommend Airtex Shirt and Cool-Air Armored pants for weather like we have down here. Buy a set, you won't be sorry.

I love this shirt (with Armor). It is so comfortable and will be great for the really hot summer days. We had a bit of a hiccup with the shipment, but the issue was resolved immediately, and the staff could not have been more professional, kind, and easy to work with. Great experience! These undershirts are fantastic for allowing me to remain safe while allowing me to maintain some style choices. I look forward to summer riding having one of these shirts as an option. I wish they were offered in tall sizes however which is why I gave it a 4 star.

Store owner replied: Thank you for your review. Please note the retired pattern shirts are the "shorter" version of our shirts. We revised the pattern and added length to it so that the torso is longer. You can find these new shirts with longer torsos in our regular Airtex shirts.

This is my 12-year-old Bohn top, I wear it all the time especially in the warmer weather. Usually with a protective layer over it. I do a lot of slow speed cone riding and every time I've fallen it's always protected me

There was an issue with my original order of the shirt but the team at Bohn corrected the problem with no hassles and issues! Customer service is top notch! I've always said that customer service has to go hand-in-hand with the quality products that companies offer. Bohn does that 110%. The armored shirt is comfortable and they breathe very well. It is going to be my go-to armored shirt for all of my rides, on and off-road!

Medium fits me slightly tight to hold armor in place, which is what I want I have a 42 chest, 35 waist, 170lbs. Easy to zip on/off. Easy to care for. In TX, I wear it from Apr-Oct. Looks good, a great product for hot areas.
Pleasant experience ordering over the phone. I purchased a new shirt with new armor as mine was over 12 years old. The shirt style was being retired so I received a discount in addition to the AMA discount already offered. Fits great and I like to lime/yellow color for visibility. Fits well. Prefer it over my old mesh one as the neckline is more stable (The mesh one would stretch.) Only issue is the shoulder pads are sitting different. They now push on my clavicle- not to comfortable.
I received my new armor shirt and put it on and went for a ride. Since I live in North Florida and the weather is hot and humid I wanted to see if this would be the answer and I would say yes it answered my questions. Fits great air moves through and keeps me cool. I know it’s not the greatest for protection but it beats a tee shirt by far. I’m glad I purchased it. Thanks!

Absolutely love this product- Perfect for hot Texas weather! I wear I tee shirt underwear the “jacket “ and I’m good to go. Have fun when you get one . Will absolutely buy from this vendor again. Highly recommended
Sizing is totally off. Had to purchase size 3x bigger than I wear. Now elbow pads are on my wrists. Totally useless

Store owner replied: Harry, Sorry to hear that you had a sizing issue. I see you originally ordered a 2XL and exchanged for a 3XL. It is likely that you needed a 3X vs the 3XL. It is too bad you didn't give us a call. We would have been more than happy to size you correctly. We go by chest measurement so it is very important to choose the size based on your chest measurement. I also do not see another order in the system for you so I am going to assume that you are not wearing this with armor as you did not order armor and there is no other order with armor in the past. What sport are you using this for if not for motorcycling. It's possible that you are thinking that the shirt should be loose and not snug, which it is supposed to be if you were a motorcyclist. Great shirt. Fits spot on with the sizing. I’ve wore it on days in MS that was in the upper 90s. No issues even under the back armor stayed cool. Beats my mesh jacket hands down. Even if you do sweat when stopped its drys out fast while riding. Armor stays in place no flopping at higher highway speeds. Try one you wont regret it.
Received it right before a 16 day trip across 13 States and I wore it almost everyday. I ordered another one before I got home.
Good protective clothing that lasts AND allows air flow. A must if you live in SW Florida
Did not include armour overpriced for just a shirt and customs makes it even worse
