Bohn Body Armor is an American motorcycle protection brand that pioneered the armored base-layer system in 1997, creating a new category of rider protection that's comfortable, invisible under clothes, and tailored to real bodies—not just "standard" ones.

Our modular Bodyguard System features multi-point CE-Level 2 certified armor coverage (shoulders, back, elbows, hips, knees, tailbone, and more) that stays in place during riding and fits every riding style and season, letting you wear the gear you already love—your favorite T-shirts, jackets, and jeans—while staying protected where it matters most.

With extended sizes, versatile interchangeable layers partnered with SAS-TEC's advanced viscoelastic foam technology, and a lightweight feel you can ride in all day, Bohn makes safety simple, comfortable, and personal—so more riders actually wear protection on every ride.

We are proudly based in Mooresville, North Carolina—just 20 minutes north of Charlotte, near Lake Norman.
