Purchase Options & Order Cancellation Policy

At Bohn Body Armor, we strive to get your gear out the door quickly so you can ride protected. Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment system for processing.

Order Changes or Cancellations

• If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at [bohn@bohnarmor.com] or by calling 704-663-0351.

• After that time, your order may already be packed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

• If your order has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for next steps once your package arrives.

Pre-Orders or Backorders

• Pre-order and backorder items can be canceled at any time before they ship for a full refund.

• Once shipped, they fall under our regular return policy.

Custom or Limited Items

• Custom-sized, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
