I really love the look. The design and the durability I've been wearing these for the last 5 years or more. When I had a pretty bad motorcycle accident in 2022, the paramedics couldn't even cut it off with their scissors. They had to use my high-end tool steel knife to get it cut.

Great Experience with Bohn Body Armor Bohn Body Armor makes a top-quality product—great fit and very comfortable. I’ve worn mine every day for the past two weeks, and honestly, it feels like an old favorite shirt. It’s definitely a warm-weather riding shirt. Some mornings were a bit chilly, but a sweatshirt underneath did the trick. By afternoon, when things warmed up, it was still comfortable and never too hot to wear. Quality is good and having the Kevlar is great. I like the shirt though the armor does not fit snug like my other Bohn and because of that I should have opted for the no armor version and worn my other Bohn under it. Additionally it would be nice to have a two way zipper.
Another quality product by Bohn Armor. I switch over my mesh armor to the flannel in the cooler months, and it works perfectly. Fits as expected.

Love this! Fits perfectly, felt a little heavy with the armor, but once you put it on, it fits perfectly! Looking forward to some cooler weather to try it out on the bike!
Fit perfectly and is well made. I would suggest in the next iteration you include at least one coattail loop and snap to marry the garment to the riding pants. My Street and Steel flannel has those, but is not nearly as well designed or protective as yours.
The customer service was impeccable! So far I have worn the riding shirt once but it was very comfortable. The sizing guide was very useful to make sure I got a size where the armor would stay where it should. The armor is unobtrusive for what it is. Plus the flannel looks cool af. I’ve already recommend this company to my friends.
Exceeded my expectations. I'm 5'-5" tall and weigh 160 lbs, but I have a 43" chest and broader shoulders. The Large fits almost perfectly and leaves enough room for a sweatshirt if I need it. Great customer service!

Ordered this for my dad for his retirement amd he loves it. It does fit a little small due to the built in armor, but he was still able to close it and everything. You can tell it's made of good quality materials. I wish my dad wasn't so picky about his clothes, I would've liked a brighter color to stick him in, but he can wear hi-vis over it if he needs to.
Due to a heat wave here in Idaho, I have only been able to use the flannel shirt once. But I loved it. It fit well and the armor didn't seem restrictive. When I am able to go for a ride when it is above 85 degrees I defiantly have on my Bohn Armor mesh shirt.

Great communication when I called to ask about an item. Flannel arrived and appears to be a very well made, quality product.
I’ve gotten wear the shirt twice, as it’s now getting hotter weather so it’s a little warm. But the two times I’ve worn were earlier in the morning on a couple cooler days. The flannel kept me nice and warm with Kevlar protection along with elbow, shoulder, and back protection. I’m very pleased with this shirt.
first impressions were great. Fits true to size, its heavy but not overly heavy to wear. Its great quality and fit and very high quality flannel. Plenty of ventilation. Once riding it stays cool on warm days and keeps me warm on the cooler days. Im extremely happy with the product

Bought the jacket to have something more casual but still offering protection than my usual riding gear when the wife and I go cruising on our Piaggio scooters vs. our bikes. The jacket totally fills the bill and has exceeded my expectations as it’s very comfortable with the armor in on the scooter, and it’s my favorite spring jacket for knocking around town with the armor out.
2XL tall fits perfectly: I'm 6'2", 285 lbs so the sizing chart was accurate. Warm enough for mid-spring and should be cool enough for summer.
I absolutely love Bohn Armor!! Products are designed by motorcyclists for motorcyclists. This team of people has been in the motorcycling industry for many years. What they have learned about protective riding gear is on another level. Garments and for both cooler temps and hot summer months where they can be used as under-layering. As important as product quality and price point. I have 3 of Bohn's legendary armored mesh riding shirts, (white/black, black & gray/black) a pair of armored mesh Summer under layer-riding pants. Which can be worn under jeans or any pants. Most recently I purchased Bohn's newest colorway, the armored blue & black flannel. Fits perfectly. Full length zipper with full length snap-over wind protection flap. 2 deep inner pockets and great looks to boot. Last thing here. Bohn Armor's commitment to customer care is unmatched. Seriously. Any time I needed to call for questions for more details Kristin the owner would pick up the phone. Any time I sent an email, within a short time Kristin would answer that email. I am so impressed with this company I had to ask what is the chance she would be the one a customer would speak with? She said 99% of the time. She isn't the only one working there. Fits well and is comfortable at 50 degrees. Is kind of bulky to put on but once it's on and the armor is situated, you don't even know it is there. Looking forward to using it regularly.
